Email Archiving: the next wave?
It has been a little over one year since amendments to the FRCP set strict time lines for all organizations regarding the discovery of electronic information. Health care professionals, broker-dealers, investment advisors, hedge fund managers, and public company representatives were already under stringent email compliance regulations, but what about now? Has an enhanced awareness of email management driven any new archiving pioneers?
